Max Osborn

German art critic and journalist. After the Nazis came to power in 1933, Osborn's works fell victim to the Nazi book burnings. Osborn became a co-founder and member of the Jewish Cultural Federation in 1933. He spent time in Palestine in 1934 and 1935, emigrated to Paris in 1938, and fled to the United States in 1941.
